The fine print:

By applying, you agree that neither WidgetWorks LLC, Chevstar LLC, Factory 52/PLK the show manager, sponsor, nor any other officer, director or shareholder of any of the foregoing, or the owner of the building at which the show is produced, or the show producer (collectively the “Norwood MOTORFest Parties”), shall be responsible or liable for any personal injury to you or any person affiliated with you, including but not limited to any person or minor under the direction and/or control of you and you, on behalf of yourself and any such person and/or minor, as the case may be, hereby waive any such claim for personal injury. Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Norwood MOTORFest Parties against any claim for personal injury by you or any person and/or minor under your direction and/or control. You hereby assume all risk and shall be solely responsible, hereby waiving any claim against any third party, including but not limited to the Norwood MOTORFest Parties, for any loss or damage to all or any part of your personal property, which shall specifically include, but not be limited to, your vehicle, trailer, display, material and/or parts. You hereby expressly waive any and all rights that you may have against any of the Norwood MOTORFest Parties for such loss or damage. You agree to obtain insurance covering the above and assume full responsibility for any loss or damage. 

I hereby apply for space at the Norwood Motorfest at Factory 52/PLK. If accepted, I acknowledge and agree that I will be subject to and will abide by the Show Terms and Conditions, in addition to all of the Factory 52/PLK Rules and Regulations, which can be found at www.motorfestshow.com. 

You agree that this signed Application supersedes any and all prior and/or contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, between you and the Norwood MOTORFest Parties. Nothing herein shall be modified unless consented to by Factory 52/PLK in writing. Both parties agree all disagreements will be decided by arbitration in the County of Hamilton, State of Ohio.
